Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated and professional Administrative/Leasing Associate to support the front desk operations for a residential property in Arlington, VA. The ideal candidate will be reliable, detail-oriented, and possess excellent customer service skills. This role requires flexibility to handle varying workloads and the ability to work independently when needed.
Key Responsibilities:
- Providing exceptional customer service to prospective and current residents
- Managing leasing inquiries and assisting with rental applications
- Handling administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and correspondence
- Maintaining a professional and welcoming front desk environment
- Supporting property management staff with various duties as assigned
