Seeking an Electro-Mechanical Assembler to join our dynamic team. JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• -- Assemble electro-mechanical components and subassemblies according to blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications.
• -- Perform electrical wiring, and testing of products to ensure functionality and quality.
• -- Utilize hand tools, power tools, and automated equipment to complete assembly tasks accurately and efficiently.
• -- Inspect components and finished assemblies for defects or irregularities, ensuring adherence to quality control standards.
• -- Collaborate with engineers and team members to resolve assembly issues and improve processes.
• -- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, following safety protocols and company guidelines.
• -- Assist with troubleshooting and repairing malfunctioning units as needed.
• -- Document assembly procedures, modifications, and quality checks for traceability.
• -- Participate in regular training sessions to stay updated on new technologies and techniques.
• -- Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and support team goals for production targets.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• -- 3 years of experience in assembling electro-mechanical systems
• -- High school diploma or equivalent; technical certifications or relevant vocational training preferred.
• -- Proven experience in electro-mechanical assembly or a related field.
• -- Strong knowledge of electrical and mechanical assembly processes and techniques.
• -- Proficiency in using hand tools, power tools, and testing equipment.
• -- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings, schematics, and blueprints.
• -- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work.
• -- Good manual dexterity and ability to work with small components.
• -- Ability to work effectively both independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• -- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges.
• -- Basic computer skills for documenting work and tracking assembly progress.
• -- Familiarity with safety procedures and ability to follow them in a manufacturing environment.
