Sales & Marketing Administrator

As a Sales & Marketing Administrator – Sales Support, you will provide essential field-based administrative support to Sales Managers and community sales teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized professional who enjoys collaborating with Sales Managers and administrative office teams, delivers a high level of customer service, and brings strong attention to detail to everything they do. Primary Responsibilities

•  Support Sales Managers in daily sales administrative duties to include copying, filing, check requests, memo and letter typing and distribution, revision and distribution of sales  meeting minutes.

• Attend weekly sales meeting. Prepare for weekly sales meeting (copying, distributing etc.)

• Help with the set-up of new communities (ordering renderings, signage, phone lines etc.) and take down of closed communities.

• Assist with merchandising follow-up and communication with various vendors.

• Ordering signage for all communities throughout the year

• Handle special projects upon request

• Update and distribute community pricing sheet weekly

• Track and update House to Sell list

• input, track and update MLS listings

• Sales/Office team communication & support

• Collecting loan, hand $, House to sell information and assisting with paperwork

•  Code and copy all invoices for Sales

• Special projects for office upon request

• Some model/weekend days may be needed for special events

Qualifications

• 1 year of administrative experience
• Exceptional administrative, communication, and organizational skills
• Customer oriented demeanor
• Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
