What are the responsibilities and job description for the Sales Administrator position at NVR Inc?

What you will be doing:
- Accurate entry and analysis of data
- Track and monitor the progress of a sale through the new construction pipeline
- Interact with customers, scheduling settlement dates and communicating updates
- Prepare settlement documentation and coordinate with lenders, attorneys and title companies for settlement related details
- Support the administrative needs for the construction side of our business
Qualified applicants have:
- Bachelor’s degree
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite to include PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
- Proficiency in Microsoft Teams, 365 and One Note is a plus
- Exceptional customer relations when working with both internal and external customers
- Experience learning new IT systems and applications
- Ability to work both independently and with an administrative team
- Organization skills with a strong attention to detail
- Sales, settlement, loan or appraisal processing experience in Real Estate or Homebuilding, preferred
