This position pays $130,000 - $150,000 per year and may also be eligible for a bonus based on achievement of performance criteria. Individual pay is determined by factors including the candidate’s job-related skills, experience, relevant education, and location.

Primary Responsibilities
- Evaluate raw land opportunities and conduct feasibility analyses (costs, yield, timelines, risks)
- Manage entitlement processes including rezoning, permitting, and approvals
- Oversee consultants and represent projects with municipalities and community stakeholders
- Track budgets, schedules, and critical milestones; mitigate risks and delays
- Support project transitions to development or joint venture partners
- Lead and develop entitlement team members
- Experience in land entitlement, zoning, or real estate development
- Knowledge of municipal planning and approval processes
- Strong project management and budgeting skills
- Experience managing consultants and external stakeholders
- Leadership and team development experience
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred
