You will coordinate between various members of the division team as well as outside parties and be a true asset to help the division reach goals for the number of homes they can start building each week.

Primary Responsibilities
- Prepare, submit and track permits for the county/city jurisdictions where we are actively building.
- Coordinate between Engineers, Developers and Architectural Services any comments relative to the permit process to ensure comments are being addressed and delivered to appropriate agencies.
- Coordinate submissions of architecture and follow-up on all comments to enable product to get certified.
- Obtain Driveway and Sediment Control bonds as necessary.
- Manage fees with permit runners to obtain permits within appropriate timeframes.
- Excellent planning and organizational skills
- Strong problem analysis skills
- High degree of self-motivation
- Experience with homebuilding industry a plus
