New Home Sales Consultant Job Type: Full-Time | 100% Commission-Based | On-Site.

Compensation: Lucrative commission-based compensation (successful reps hitting goals earn over $200,000, top performers earn over $300,000!)
Experience: 3 years of professional sales experience with demonstrated history of success meeting and exceeding quotas and earning commissions. Top performers have come from luxury sales, pharmaceuticals, high-end auto, or cellular sales.
What You’ll Do:
- · Build strong relationships with prospective buyers through proactive outreach and follow-up.
- · Guide customers through the entire home buying journey—from first visit to contract signing to closing
- · Conduct model home tours and present community features with confidence and clarity.
- · Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless and exceptional customer experience.
- · Meet and exceed monthly sales goals in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
