As a Land Acquisition Specialist at Ryan Homes, a brand of NVR, you will assist the land acquisition department in analyses used to acquire raw land or finished lots for our homebuilding operations.

What you will be doing:
- Develop and maintain a land pipeline tracking system.
- Research and identify new opportunities resulting from municipal driven rezoning and infrastructure improvements.
- Utilize GIS software and related resources to identify target development parcels.
- Prepare New Site Selection forms for new and ongoing deals requiring investment decisions.
- Perform resale and new home comparable analysis.
- Prepare land development timeline and budgets for entitlements.
- Complete Community Position analysis for new acquisitions and ongoing communities requiring investment decisions.
- Prepare presentation material used to facilitate the RFP process for Raw Land Deals.
- Assist homebuilding division partners with the preparation of financial analyses, development timelines, plans, budgets and Proformas.
- Bachelor's degree, major in Business or Finance is preferred
- Excellent analytical skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel
- Efficient communicator, both written and verbally
- Organized, able to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines
