We are looking for an experienced, talented, and compassionate Admissions RN for a full-time position located in the South Shore area.
What Will You Be Doing
The Admissions RN is responsible for conducting the initial in-home evaluation of the patient and development of the care plan under the direction of the MD. Strong assessment skills are a must and the ability to identify a patient’s needs at home and make referrals to other disciplines. You must also communicate effectively with the ordering provider when conducting the initial assessment to ensure accuracy of the treatment plan and all medications.
Compensation: $44-55/hr. Commensurate with experience

What We’re Looking For In You
- Current Massachusetts Nursing license in good standing.
- Registered Nurse (Bachelor's degree preferred).
- 2 years of nursing experience required.
- Strong clinical assessment skills and the ability to prioritize and triage patients.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to work within a team structure.
- Excellent organizational skills and time management skills.
- Ability to work independently and understanding of how to access resources for patients.
- Strong computer skills, experience in Oasis.
