Role Description
This full-time, on-site Exercise Physiologist role is based in Beverly Hills, CA. The Exercise Physiologist will be responsible for developing and implementing personalized exercise prescriptions tailored to individual health needs. Day-to-day tasks include performing physiological assessments, supporting cardiac rehabilitation programs, monitoring patients' progress, and collaborating closely with a multidisciplinary team to optimize health outcomes. The role also involves educating clients on exercise techniques and strategies for health maintenance.
Qualifications
- Master’s or PhD degree in Exercise Physiology, Kinesiology, or a related field
- Proficiency in Exercise Physiology and Physiology principles
- Experience with Exercise Prescription and personalized fitness planning
- Expertise in Cardiac Rehabilitation and Rehabilitation support
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills to educate and motivate patients
- Ability to work collaboratively with healthcare professionals
- Certification in relevant areas (e.g., ACSM, AACVPR) is preferred
- Previous experience in a clinical or rehabilitative setting is an advantage
