Qualifications
- Board-Certified or Board-Eligible Ophthalmologist (MD / DO)
- Interest in high-volume cataract surgery
- Open to experienced surgeons or fellowship-trained candidates
- Comfortable working independently across multiple clinic locations
- Team-oriented, patient-focused, and adaptable practice style
