We’re looking for a driven Marketing Manager to amplify our brand and connect patients with life-changing care. This role is based at our offices in Aliso Viejo, CA, with a hybrid schedule requiring three days onsite per week.
Essential Job Duties to Include (but not limited to):
• Own and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, print, and broadcast channels to drive patient acquisition and brand awareness
• Develop and manage local marketing strategies for NVISION centers in collaboration with regional operations teams
• Lead content strategy including SEO, email marketing, paid media, and social media to grow organic and paid patient pipelines
• Analyze campaign performance metrics and translate insights into actionable optimizations with a focus on ROI and cost-per-lead
• Manage relationships with creative agencies, media buyers, and vendor partners
• Partner with clinical and patient experience teams to ensure brand messaging aligns with NVISION’s patient-first values
• Oversee marketing budgets, track spend, and report regularly to senior leadership
What We’re Looking For
• 5 years of marketing experience, preferably in healthcare, retail, or multi-location consumer services
• Proven track record running full-funnel marketing campaigns from strategy through execution
• Strong digital marketing proficiency: Google Ads, Meta Ads, SEO/SEM, CRM platforms (Salesforce a plus)
• Excellent analytical skills with experience in tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, or similar
• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field; MBA a plus
• Experience managing cross-functional projects and external agency relationships
- Owning full cycle of reputation management via Google (GMBs), Yelp, and Better Business Bureau, ensuring all public information is HIPAA compliant
- Owning and managing collateral development, printing, and distribution with outside vendors for all locations and teams
- The ideal candidate can assist with SEO strategy and content creation
Compensation Range $80k-$100k DOE plus bonus potential
