Doing what’s never been done before takes vision, innovation, and the world’s best talent. As an NVIDIAN, you’ll be immersed in a diverse, supportive environment where everyone is inspired to do their best work.

We are looking for an experienced and strategic Senior Human Resources Business Partner (Sr. HRBP) to offer senior HR counsel to our Global Hardware Engineering team in a dynamic and cooperative workplace. As a trusted consultant, we need someone who thrives on crafting bold people strategies and guiding senior leaders. You will work with our leaders to develop and advance plans for staffing, onboarding, development, empowerment, retention, and work prioritization. This position requires onsite presence in Santa Clara, CA.

What You’ll Be Doing

At NVIDIA, we believe great HR leadership drives great business outcomes. In this role, you will:

  • Work alongside our senior leadership to offer counsel on challenging HR topics, organizational frameworks, and talent strategy.
  • Lead our compensation strategy including salary planning, approval of salary actions, relocations, promotions, and job re-leveling across our global organization.
  • Examine and communicate data from engagement surveys and collaborate on action planning with our senior leaders, HRBPs, and Regional HR Teams.
  • Guide and resolve complex workplace concerns, leading our leaders through performance management and making strategic decisions on blocking issues.
  • Lead our HR metrics and analytics strategy, advising business unit leaders on goals and driving automation and reporting innovation with the HR Reporting team.
  • Lead the development and launch of NVIDIA global HR programs, serving as a key architect and collaborator.

What We Need To See

We are looking for someone who brings:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Human Resources Management, related field, or equivalent experience.
  • 12 years of progressive Human Resources experience, with significant time as a senior client-facing HRBP.
  • Proven ability to work alongside senior leaders to drive our organizational and people strategy forward.
  • Demonstrated analytical expertise in HR data, capable of translating insights into recommendations for senior management.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Workday/HRIS systems, with advanced knowledge in Excel.
  • Deep knowledge and experience in compensation strategies and practices across complex global organizations.
  • Expertise in organization assessment, planning, and development; demonstrated experience leading organizational change initiatives.
  • Advanced expertise in 4 or more of the following areas: immigration, recruiting, learning & development, performance management, compensation, mobility.
  • Strong program and project management expertise recognized for achieving results and addressing complex, critical issues.

Ways To Stand Out From The Crowd

We’d love to see candidates who also bring:

  • Demonstrated ability to build and sustain solid relationships with executives and across diverse international client teams.
  • Strong analytical and strategic problem-solving capabilities paired with enthusiasm for data reliability and continual advancement.
  • Outstanding verbal and written communication skills: concise, articulate, and confident in executive settings.
  • Agile and decisive, capable of managing several high-priority and competing projects at the same time.
