Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions. The base salary range is 384,000 USD - 575,000 USD.
You will also be eligible for equity and benefits.

What You'll Be Doing
As the Sr. Director - BioNemo Software, you will:
- Lead and encourage a large team of engineers to deliver flawless production software solutions
- Coordinate the development, optimization and productization of deep learning models for drug discovery
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure the seamless integration of our software within the broader NVIDIA ecosystem
- Drive the strategic vision and execution of building a path to enable drug discovery and biological discovery to happen in silicon
- Identify and consistently follow standard methodologies in software engineering to guarantee our solutions are both robust and scalable.
- Determine key applied research opportunities that enable simulation and workflow acceleration for biology and drug discovery
- 17 overall years of experience in leading large teams to successfully implement production software.
- 10 years of management experience.
- Extensive knowledge and hands-on experience with deep learning and its applications in drug discovery.
- Strong background in computational methods and a track record of delivering world-class software solutions.
- Outstanding leadership skills with a focus on collaboration and inclusion.
- A Master’s degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Engineering, and/or or related fields in the Biological Sciences (advanced degrees preferred).
