POSITION SUMMARY |

The Final Assurance Technician is responsible for diagnosing, troubleshooting, and de-bugging machine issues to ensure equipment meets quality and performance standards prior to release. This role conducts final inspections, identifies defects or malfunctions, and performs necessary adjustments or repairs to ensure machines operate safely, efficiently, and in accordance with engineering specifications and customer requirements. The technician collaborates with engineering, assembly, and quality teams to resolve issues, support continuous improvement efforts, and uphold product reliability and customer satisfaction.

POSITION REQUIREMENTS
- Experience with Mechanical and Electrical machine assembly.
- Experience diagnosing, troubleshooting, and de-bugging mechanical machine problems.
- Knowledge and experience with robotics a plus.
- Strong electrical knowledge including electrical components.
- Must be able to read blueprints, layout drawings and electrical schematics.
- Must have a good understanding of AC/DC drive motors.
- Knowledge and experience of PLCs required. Experience with Allen-Bradley,PLC, servo, and HMI’s downloading and/or editing desired.
- Experience with robotics and industrial robot application beneficial

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to stand for a minimum of 8 hours per day. The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 75 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this job include close vision, peripheral vision, depth perception, and the ability to adjust focus. WORK ENVIRONMENT While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly exposed to moving mechanical parts. The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate but at times loud. While performing the duties of this job, the employee is occasionally exposed to fumes or airborne particles.
