What are the responsibilities and job description for the QC Admin position at NVE Pharmaceuticals?
Must be proficient in:
- Microsoft – Word, Outlook, Excel

- Ability to communicate effectively in English or Spanish with contract labs
- Detail oriented
- Strong Organizational skills
- Team Player
- Able to adapt to changes
Employee is expected to : follow all NVE SOPs and rules and adapt to any changes in procedures as required
M-F 8-4pm OT as necessary to complete orders
Any previous lab experience is a plus but not required for this position
Main duties will include but are not limited to:
- creating, organizing, and recording all test results from outside labs.
- Lab review of other employees results.
- Saving reports as needed.
- Submitting samples to contract lab for testing and preparing samples to ship.
- Contacting contract labs for report errors, corrections, and missing reports
- Ensuring contract lab does not delay significantly when sending reports so contracted Turn- Around- Time (TAT) can be met for clients
