The Opportunity
NVC is looking for a Multi-Site Veterinarian to support our growing network of hospitals throughout the Southeast Houston / Bay Area community.
This is an opportunity for a veterinarian who enjoys variety, collaboration, and working with different teams while maintaining a strong connection to the communities we serve. The role can be tailored to your experience and interests and may include opportunities for clinical leadership, mentorship, and long-term partnership.

What You'll Do
- Provide high-quality small animal veterinary medicine across designated NVC hospitals
- Build relationships with clients, patients, and veterinary teams
- Perform wellness, medical, surgical, and dental procedures based on experience and hospital needs
- Collaborate with doctors and support teams to provide excellent patient care
- Mentor and support veterinary team members
- Adapt to the needs and culture of different hospital teams
- Help strengthen consistency, communication, and medical standards across locations
- Contribute to a positive, collaborative hospital culture
What We're Looking For
- DVM or VMD from an accredited veterinary school
- Licensed or eligible for licensure in Texas
- Companion animal clinical experience
- Strong clinical judgment and commitment to evidence-based medicine
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Comfortable with general surgery and dentistry, or motivated to continue developing these skills
- Adaptable, collaborative, and team-oriented
- Interested in continued professional growth and development
Leadership experience is a plus, but we're also interested in veterinarians with strong leadership potential who want to grow into a larger role.
