Austin Veterinary Emergency & Specialty Center (AVES) is seeking a second board-certified or residency-trained Veterinary Radiologist to join our growing emergency and specialty team in vibrant Austin, Texas. 

     Austin Veterinary Emergency and Specialty Center (AVES) is a leading multidisciplinary emergency and specialty hospital serving pets in Austin and Central Texas. We combine 24/7/365 emergency care with advanced specialty medicine delivered by highly trained clinicians using state-of-the-art diagnostics and technology.

Collaborative, Integrated Medicine

     At AVES, emergency doctors and board-certified specialists work side-by-side to deliver comprehensive, coordinated care. Our team uses advanced tools like CT, MRI, fluoroscopy, ultrasound, and in-house labs to support rapid, informed clinical decision-making.

Growing, State-of-the-Art Facility amd equipment

     We’ve expanded into a brand new 45,000 sq ft hospital designed for both clinicians and patients — with multiple surgery suites, expanded imaging and lab space, a client-facing pharmacy, and dedicated oncology services. This growth reflects our commitment to top-tier medicine and provider success. You'll have access to:
  • 128-slice CT
  • 1.5T MRI
  • 3 digital radiology suites
  • Advanced sonographic equipment (Toshiba aplio i700)
  • Interventional Radiology suite with C-arm.
