Mundelein Animal Hospital is a 6-doctor hospital with, 2 CVTs, 9 veterinary assistants, & 3 tech assistants. We have modern equipment, including ultrasound, therapeutic laser, in-house lab suite, and digital radiography.

Most externship experiences range from two to eight weeks depending on student and hospital schedules. All veterinary students (regardless of class year) are encouraged to participate in NVA externships. We look forward to you applying for an externship at Mundelein Animal Hospital.
