What You’ll Do
You’ll be a key part of our client experience, helping pet parents feel welcomed, heard, and confident in their pet’s care.
Your day-to-day will include:
- Welcoming clients and their pets with warmth and professionalism
- Providing exceptional service in person, over the phone, and through other communication channels
- Scheduling appointments, managing client information, and processing payments accurately
- Listening to questions and concerns and helping find thoughtful solutions
- Communicating and collaborating with our medical and support teams
- Staying organized and detail-oriented in a busy environment
- Following through on commitments and looking for ways to improve the client experience
Who We’re Looking For
You’ll be a great fit if you:
- Are an excellent communicator and listener

- Have strong attention to detail and organizational skills

- Have customer service, hospitality, veterinary, medical, or other client-facing experience
- Genuinely care about animals and understand how important they are to their families
Veterinary experience is a plus, but we value attitude, character, and a commitment to excellent service just as highly.
