Chaparral Veterinary Medical Center is looking for a Small Animal Veterinarian to join our growing, collaborative team in Cave Creek.

What You’ll Do
• Provide comprehensive care including exams, diagnostics, and treatment planning
• Perform routine soft tissue surgeries (spays, neuters, mass removals), with the flexibility to incorporate additional surgeries based on your interests.
• Deliver preventive care (wellness exams, vaccines, parasite prevention, nutrition guidance)
• Interpret diagnostics (lab work, digital radiography, ultrasound)
• Communicate clearly with clients about care plans and next steps
• Collaborate with a strong team of technicians and support staff
• Help foster a positive, team-oriented clinic culture
Schedule, Compensation & Benefits
• 4-day work week rotating Saturdays
• Base salary: $115,000–$140,000 (depending on experience)
• Up to $10,000 signing bonus
• Opportunity for production-based bonuses

• DVM or VMD (AZ license or ability to obtain)
• Comfortable with general medicine and routine surgery
• Strong communication skills and a client-focused mindset
