NDVESH, an Ethos Veterinary Health hospital, is seeking a Medical Director to join and lead our highly skilled and dedicated team in Frisco, TX. This is an exceptional opportunity for an experienced ER Veterinarian who is passionate about medicine, mentorship, and making a lasting impact on a growing hospital and community.

What You’ll Do:
Provide medical leadership and oversee clinical quality across the hospital
Partner with hospital administration to build and execute strategic goals
Mentor and develop doctors and medical team members
Foster a positive, collaborative culture rooted in accountability and transparency
Support recruitment, onboarding, and continuing education initiatives
Shape the medical culture of a dedicated ER team today—while helping build a specialty service for tomorrow.
What We’re Looking For:
DVM or equivalent with a minimum of 5 years of clinical experience
Prior leadership experience or strong leadership capabilities
Internship trained is preferred but not required
Proven ability to lead with empathy, clarity, and integrity
Enthusiasm for shaping a thriving medical culture
