Role Responsibilities :
- Assist the legal team with all aspects of litigation management including assisting with document gathering, fact finding and witness coordination
- Draft litigation holds and manage the litigation hold process
- Conduct legal research and fact investigations as assigned
- Draft basic legal documents like separation agreements
- Analyze and respond to subpoenas
- Organize and maintain investigation and litigation files including maintaining an accurate database of all litigation matters
- Assist with invoice and settlement processing

The total compensation range for the position (base salary plus bonus opportunity) is between $110,000 and $132,000 and includes benefits.
