This position is specifically for our Oswego location—a small animal-only hospital offering state-of-the-art medical care in a collaborative and supportive environment. What We’re Looking For:
- Licensed Veterinary Technician (LVT) in New York
- 5 years of experience in veterinary medicine
- Strong leadership ability and emotional intelligence
- Organized, efficient, and able to manage hospital workflow
- A servant leader: a great listener who leads by example, supports the team, and fosters a positive culture
- Skilled in mentorship—lead with confidence, compassion, and is passionate about helping others grow
You’ll work directly under our Assistant Hospital Manager, playing a key role in hospital operations, team development, and the delivery of exceptional patient care.
Compensation & Benefits:
- Competitive hourly wage: $22–$25/hour, based on experience
- $500 sign-on bonus for LVTs
