Premier Veterinary Medical Group in Rockville Centre, NY, is hiring an Overnight Emergency Veterinarian!
Our hospital is a newly relocated 9,000 square foot, 24-hour staffed GP and emergency hospital located in Rockville Centre, NY. Premier Veterinary Medical Group seeks a full-time Emergency Veterinarian to join our growing practice. Our unique system of delivering outstanding veterinary care begins with providing convenient animal clinic locations throughout Nassau and Queens Counties.
The ideal candidate will have veterinary experience in emergency, urgent care, or general practice. We are interested in candidates who are collaborative, friendly, and compassionate. - Base salary of $200K - $280K DOE
- Production-based bonuses
- No negative accrual
- No Non-Compete clause
- 12-16 shifts per month (shift length may vary)
- $50,000 Sign-on Bonus

- Modern building with seven exam rooms, a fully equipped treatment area with two Aeolus intensive care units, a treatment area with 7 treatment tables, two surgical suites, a dental suite, two isolation wards, fear-free waiting rooms, and a spacious employee break room
- Fully AAHA-accredited
- Emergency care, surgery, advanced diagnostics and treatment services, pain management, dentistry, and medical boarding
- Digital radiography (including dental radiography), ultrasonography, and electrocardiography.
- Idexx In-house laboratory machines provide serum chemistry, hematology, serology, Idexx in house cortisol reader, two Imagyst machines, Antech/IDEXX laboratories with multiple daily pick-ups used for specialized diagnostics and consultations.
