In your day-to-day, you will:
As Medical Director, your responsibilities will include:
- Providing medical leadership and strategic direction for the hospital
- Partnering with the Hospital Director to achieve operational excellence
- Mentoring and developing a talented team of veterinarians
- Leading medical quality assurance and continuing education initiatives
- Supporting recruitment, onboarding, and retention of exceptional clinicians
- Promoting a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement
- Maintaining a partial clinical caseload to remain actively involved in patient care
