You're not just answering phones; you're managing a fast paced flow of patients, coordinating seamlessly with medical staff, and delivering exceptional customer service at every interaction. The ideal candidate is someone who has a positive attitude, enjoys multitasking independently, and is able to work in a time sensitive, fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly, answer inquiries, and schedule appointments with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Manage veterinary software systems to update patient records, process appointments, and handle billing procedures
- Communicate effectively with clients about pet care instructions, vaccination schedules, and follow-up appointments
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of front desk area, including filing documents and managing veterinary administrative support tasks
- Ability to multi-task in a multi-doctor practice
- Contribute to a positive team environment by collaborating with good communications to colleagues on pet care
Qualifications/Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience in a customer service role (veterinary experience preferred but not required)
- Excellent communication skills both via phone and in person; bilingual ability is a plus for serving diverse clients.
- Prior experience using multi-line phone systems and handling front desk responsibilities effectively.
- Strong computer skills and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Ability to manage time efficiently, prioritize tasks effectively, and maintain professionalism under pressure.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 30 lbs.
