Veterinary Receptionist – Full Time

St. John’s Veterinary Hospital is hiring a full-time Veterinary Receptionist for our busy 4.5-doctor small animal and exotics practice. If you’re organized, friendly, and thrive in a dynamic environment, this could be the perfect fit.
What You’ll Do
- Be the welcoming face and voice of the hospital
- Answer phones and schedule appointments efficiently
- Provide outstanding client service in person and over the phone
- Process payments and manage daily transactions
- Keep records organized
- Assist with patient flow and occasional hands-on care
- Support communication between clients and medical staff
- Help maintain a clean, professional environment
What We’re Looking For
- Strong communication and multitasking skills
- Professional, positive, and team-oriented attitude
- Comfortable with computers (Avimark a plus)
- Veterinary experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate
Schedule
- 8–10 hour day shifts
- Monday–Friday rotating Saturdays (4–5 hours)
- No late nights or emergency hours
