📋 Position: Full-Time Client Service Representative (CSR)

📍 Location: Sahuaro Vista Veterinary Clinic

💼 Schedule: Full-Time (Hospital hours are Monday - Saturday)

💰 Compensation & Benefits: Highly Competitive, commensurate with experience, plus a comprehensive benefits package.

🔑 Your Impact: What You'll Do

As our CSR, you are the first impression and the client experience coordinator. Your exceptional customer service skills are crucial to our success.

• Be the Welcoming Voice and Face: Greet clients and patients with a genuine, warm, and professional demeanor, both in person and over the phone.

• Master of Organization: Manage multi-line phone systems, schedule appointments efficiently, and organize patient records accurately.

• Client Liaison: Explain routine procedures, answer client questions, process payments, and coordinate communication between clients and our DVM/Tech team.

• Administrative Support: Handle admissions and discharges, maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, and manage inventory of front-desk supplies.

• Team Support: Contribute to a positive, collaborative, and fun work culture!

✅ What We're Looking For

• Experience: Previous experience in a veterinary or medical front office setting is highly preferred, but exceptional customer service experience in any field will be considered.

• Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, strong organizational and multitasking abilities, and proficiency with veterinary software (or ability to learn quickly).

• Attributes: A positive attitude, a high level of empathy and compassion, strong problem-solving skills, and reliability.
