CSR Job Responsibilities:
· Greet clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service
· Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
· Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
· Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date
· Help keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized
Qualifications:
· Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
· Strong communication and interpersonal skills
· Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
· Attention to detail and a passion for animal care
· Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
· Positive Attitude and a Desire to be a part of a team dynamic!
· Reliability and Dependability is required.
