What We’re Looking For
- 1 year of veterinary reception experience preferred
- Someone who enjoys a fast-paced day and can multitask without missing a beat
- A team player who’s organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people (and their pets)
- Availability on Saturday mornings is required; flexible/open availability is strongly preferred
- Create a great client experience from the moment they walk in or call
- Greet clients, answer questions, and schedule appointments
- Handle phones, help guide client needs, and keep the day running smoothly
- Process payments and manage front desk transactions
- Keep the reception and waiting area clean and welcoming
- Manage incoming/outgoing mail and email
- Accurately document client and patient information in our software
- Know when to loop in senior team members for more complex situations
