Veterinary Receptionist (Full-Time or Part-Time)

We’re a busy, four-doctor general practice looking for a friendly, enthusiastic Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. We pride ourselves on creating a welcoming, supportive environment for both our clients and each other, so a positive attitude and great people skills are a must.

What We’re Looking For

• 1 year of veterinary reception experience preferred
• Someone who enjoys a fast-paced day and can multitask without missing a beat
• A team player who’s organized, dependable, and genuinely enjoys helping people (and their pets)
• Availability on Saturday mornings is required; flexible/open availability is strongly preferred
  
  

What You’ll Do

• Create a great client experience from the moment they walk in or call
• Greet clients, answer questions, and schedule appointments
• Handle phones, help guide client needs, and keep the day running smoothly
• Process payments and manage front desk transactions
• Keep the reception and waiting area clean and welcoming
• Manage incoming/outgoing mail and email
• Accurately document client and patient information in our software
• Know when to loop in senior team members for more complex situations
  
  

Compensation

Base hourly rate of $18–$23/hour, depending on experience
