Key Responsibilities
- Greet clients warmly and provide excellent, expeditious service.
- Answer incoming calls: respond to client questions, screen service needs, and schedule appointments.
- Process check-ins/check-outs for pets, including handling payments.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, e-mails, and phone messages.
- Monitor the client waiting area to ensure a clean, comfortable, communicative environment.
- Document and maintain accurate client information, service data, and patient records in the hospital software system.
- Escalate complex or sensitive client concerns to senior staff or management.
- At least 6 months of customer service or job-related experience.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Bilingual candidates are a plus.
