Veterinary Receptionist

Our Animal Clinic is looking for a dependable and enthusiastic Part-Time Veterinary Receptionist to join our team. If you are a positive and organized individual with excellent communication skills and a love for animals, we encourage you to apply.

Responsibilities

• Answer phones, text messages, emails, schedule appointments, and manage client communications.
• Check in and check out clients, process payments, and handle financial transactions accurately.
• Maintain client and patient records, ensuring they are up-to-date.
• Provide friendly and professional client service, acting as the first point of contact for the clinic.
• Assist with various administrative tasks, including filing and managing clinic supplies.
  
  

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a customer service or receptionist role is preferred.
• Strong computer and phone skills are essential.
• Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
• A compassionate and professional demeanor when interacting with clients and their pets.
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
  
  

Hours

• Part-time, approximately 20-25 hours per week.

The base hourly wage for this position is $16.00-$18.00. Our salary ranges are primarily determined by role, and level. Within the range, individual pay is determined by job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
