About The Role
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in veterinary medicine and a solid understanding of:
$17–$20/hr, depending on experience
4-day work week with rotating Saturdays

About The Role
The ideal candidate will have 1–2 years of experience in veterinary medicine and a solid understanding of:
- Animal restraint and safe handling
- Outpatient and inpatient care
- Running minor laboratory tests (fecals, UA, cytology prep, etc.)
- Assisting veterinarians and technicians during exams and treatments
- Preparing treatment areas and cleaning/sterilizing instruments
- Providing excellent client communication and patient care
- Administering medications (oral and topical)
- Taking patient vitals and recording accurate medical notes
- Preparing patients for surgery
- Maintaining a clean and organized hospital environment
- Occasionally assisting with phones, scheduling, and client communication
- Minimum 1–2 years of veterinary assistant experience
- Strong work ethic, reliability, and a team-player mindset
- Excellent communication skills and a positive, adaptable attitude
- Compassion for both pets and their people
- Willingness to learn, grow, and contribute to our Fear Free culture
$17–$20/hr, depending on experience
