- Practices good standard of care and has a passion for GP medicine and overall wellness
- Is surgical-capable and flexible to perform surgery when needed
- Believes in proactive health maintenance and can speak confidently about the value of wellness plans and preventive care
- Thrives as part of a collaborative team and enjoys working alongside and mentoring veterinary technicians — teaching by example and supporting staff growth
- Is a self-described “people person” who genuinely enjoys client relationships and clear, compassionate communication
- Can work independently and make sound, confident clinical decisions
- Availability ranging from 7 AM to 8 PM on weekdays (2–3 days/week); every other Saturday rotation
- Ability to work independently and make critical medical decisions
- Strong communication skills with clients, staff, and fellow veterinarians
- Provide compassionate, progressive, and evidence-based medical care with an emphasis on client education
- Proficient in wellness, surgical, radiograph, ultrasound, and diagnostic treatments
- Openness to mentoring and educating veterinary technicians — a teach-by-example approach to team development
- Contemporary hospital with mountain architecture, 6 exam rooms, and a large treatment area
