Prosal compensation with a base range of $125k–$150k. Final compensation commensurate with experience, skills, schedule, and scope of services provided.

What You’ll Do
- Lead & Inspire: Provide medical direction and serve as a role model for doctors and staff, fostering a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Mentor & Grow: Help associate veterinarians and support staff advance their skills and confidence.
- Deliver Exceptional Care: Practice high-quality medicine and surgery with the full support of an engaged, capable team.
- Shape the Future: Partner with hospital leadership and NVA to influence operational decisions and strategic growth.
- Comprehensive services: Preventive care, orthopedics, advanced dentistry, ultrasound, and emergency care.
- Modern, well-equipped hospital: 4 exam rooms, in-house lab, digital radiology, ultrasound, and a full surgical suite with O₂ generator.
