Poquoson Veterinary Hospital, a proud AAHA-accredited, four-doctor practice, is seeking a skilled and compassionate Licensed Veterinary Technician to join our growing team!

We Are a Progressive, High-quality Medicine Hospital Equipped With

• Full digital radiography
• Digital dental radiography
• Ultrasound
• In-house laboratory
• Close collaboration with board-certified specialists and 24-hour emergency facilities
  
  

As a true full-service hospital, we proudly offer general medicine, soft-tissue and orthopedic surgery, advanced dentistry, exotic animal care (including pocket pets, reptiles, and avians), and grooming — all under one roof.

What We’re Looking For

• Graduate of an AVMA-accredited Veterinary Technology program
• Current Virginia Veterinary Technician License (or eligible to obtain)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Outstanding client service and a genuinely compassionate, positive attitude
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively with the team
• Comfortable with dogs, cats, and exotic species
  
  

Schedule

Full-time position with rotating weekend shifts. No on-call required.
