Lead / Managing Veterinarian – Travis Country Animal Hospital Austin, TX | up to $175,000 | $25,000 bonus package
Travis Country Animal Hospital is looking for an experienced veterinarian ready to step into a leadership role at one of Austin's most established and well-regarded small animal practices. If you're a strong surgeon with the clinical confidence to lead a team and the ambition to grow into a Managing Veterinarian, or beyond, this role was built for you.

The Facility - Fully equipped with digital radiography (general and dental), Idexx in-house diagnostics, ultrasound, a dedicated surgery suite, wet tables in treatment, and four newly remodeled exam rooms.

The Opportunity
- Up to $175,000 earning potential, quarterly production bonuses
- $25,000 signing bonus with a straightforward 24-month pro-rated claw-back (retention bonus has no claw-back)

- A defined path to Managing Veterinarian, with Joint Venture ownership on the table for the right candidate
