- Has 2–3 years of experience in a veterinary or clinical setting
- Takes initiative and enjoys being utilized at the highest level of their skill set
- Is eager to learn and grow professionally
- Is reliable, collaborative, and a strong cultural fit
- Is confident using computers, phone systems, and providing exceptional customer service both in person and by phone
