- Minimum 1 year of front desk or customer service experience (veterinary or medical field preferred)
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and Google Suite
- Familiarity with AviMark is a plus
- Previous experience in a veterinary setting is highly desirable
