- Greet every client and patient with a warm smile and make them feel welcome the moment they walk through our doors.
- Provide exceptional service by answering questions, addressing concerns, and guiding families through their visit with ease and care.
- Professionally handle phone calls, schedule appointments, and help pet parents find the right services for their needs.
- Process check-ins, check-outs, and payments while keeping things running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage emails, mail, and client records accurately and promptly.
- Help keep our waiting areas clean, organized, and comforting for both pets and their people.
- Document important information in our practice management software and team up with our doctors and technicians to ensure every pet receives outstanding care.
