CSR Job Responsibilities
- Greet clients with a smile and provide excellent customer service
- Answer phones, schedule appointments, and manage client inquiries
- Assist veterinarians and technicians with administrative tasks
- Maintain accurate records and ensure client information is up to date
- Help keep the reception area and waiting room clean and organized
- Previous experience in a veterinary or customer service role preferred
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
- Attention to detail and a passion for animal care
- Proficiency with computer systems and basic office software
- Positive Attitude and a Desire to be a part of a team dynamic!
- Reliability and Dependability is required.
