What You'll Do
As a Credentialed Veterinary Technician, you'll play a vital role in delivering outstanding medical care to our patients by:
- Assisting veterinarians with patient examinations, treatments, and procedures
- Performing venipuncture, catheter placement, laboratory diagnostics, and sample collection
- Preparing surgical patients and monitoring anesthesia before, during, and after procedures
- Performing and assisting with dental cleanings, dental radiographs, and dental procedures
- Taking high-quality digital and dental radiographs
- Administering medications and treatments as directed
- Educating clients on pet health, medications, and post-treatment care
- Maintaining accurate and detailed medical records
- Collaborating with a supportive veterinary team to provide exceptional patient care
- Current Certified Veterinary Technician (credential required)
- At least 18 years of age
- Strong technical and patient care skills
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
- Positive attitude with a commitment to compassionate veterinary medicine
- Passion for continuous learning and professional development
- Full-time opportunity, open to Part-time
- Flexible scheduling options
- Rotating Saturdays (8:00 AM–12:00 PM)
- No Sundays
- Closed most major holidays
- $22.00–$26.00 per hour, depending on experience
- $1000 sign-on bonus *paid 90 days after employment
