Duties
- Diagnose and repair various household appliances including refrigerators, washers, dryers, ovens, and dishwashers using schematics, electrical diagrams, and troubleshooting techniques
- Install new appliances efficiently and safely according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards
- Utilize hand tools, power tools, ladder use, and equipment repair techniques to perform maintenance and repairs
- Read and interpret schematics, wiring diagrams, and technical manuals to identify issues accurately
- Conduct refrigeration repairs, plumbing connections, electrical work, and mechanical adjustments as needed
- Operate company vehicles such as box trucks for delivery and service calls while adhering to safety protocols
- Provide exceptional customer service by explaining repairs clearly and ensuring customer satisfaction during every interaction
Requirements:
- 4 years experience in in home appliance field service repair
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
Benefits & Pay:
- After an initial training period where you'll be paid hourly, our technicians earn commission on their service calls. Our technicians are seeing compensation ranging from $23.50-$55 per hour based on commission or $1,100-$2,200 per week. If you're motivated to make money we have everything you need to make that happen.

Qualifications
- 2 years Proven experience with in home field service appliance repair
- Reliable transportation, clean driving record
- Strong mechanical knowledge troubleshooting electrical systems
- Familiarity with schematics, ladder use, refrigeration systems, plumbing, and equipment troubleshooting
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment repair techniques
- Experience operating company vehicles such as box trucks or similar delivery vehicles (delivery driver experience is a plus)
- Ability to read technical manuals and schematics accurately for diagnostics and repairs
- Excellent customer service skills with a professional attitude and clear communication abilities
