NV5 Geospatial (NV5G) is actively recruiting a Senior Program Specialist. Strong leadership, problem solving, and communication skills are required to engage with senior DoD and interagency stakeholders effectively. The specialist will be based in US Army Garrison – Miami/US Southern Command. US citizenship, along with the ability to successfully pass a basic background check for access to US military bases, is required for employment. Successful candidate will be required to obtain TS/SCI clearance.

Responsibilities
- Oversee contract execution, stakeholder coordination, and strategic alignment across all task orders.
- Responsible for risk management and budget oversight.
- Responsible for monitoring and reporting on project performance.
- Provide technical, operational and intelligence advisory support that enable the command, its subordinate units, and other strategic and operational partners to integrate within a technology platform.
- Conduct briefings and debriefings related to technology integration, task management and mitigation.
- Create and maintain project milestones and roadmaps.
- Mentor, train, and advise senior leadership.
- Working knowledge of Esri ArcGIS Enterprise systems.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Program Management, or a related field, or ten (10) years of equivalent experience in managing large-scale DoD programs.
- Demonstrated experience in program lifecycle management, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and compliance with DoD acquisition and governance frameworks.
- Experience with interagency coordination, DoD contract execution, and performance evaluation is required
- Experience with business process analysis, data management, and enterprise geodatabase modeling.
- Demonstrated experience working within an Agile software development methodology, using the Scrum framework.
- Ability to manage and prioritize complex project tasks.
- Excellent written communication skills and ability to write/compile technical information.
- Excellent verbal communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
- PMP certified.
- Ability to travel, as needed ~ 5-15%.
Experience/Skills Preferred (in addition to requirements):
- Portuguese or Spanish language skills.
- Active TC/SCI.
- Experience with government IT programs and environments.
