Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of installers.
- Collaborate closely with production managers to ensure timely and effective project completion.
- Conduct site evaluations
- Mentor and train team members in safety protocols and proper techniques to ensure a secure and efficient workplace.
- Maintain equipment and adhere to safety regulations and company policies.
- Communicate effectively with customers to ensure a remarkable service experience.
- Participate in weekly team meetings and monthly safety sessions.
Qualifications:
