As an Internet Enrollment Assistant, you will support each customer by delivering clear information and guiding the customer through enrollment for AT&T Fiber, while contributing to overall sales performance. In this role, you will receive structured training to build expertise in sales, customer engagement, and product knowledge. Each Internet Enrollment Assistant is expected to uphold high standards when supporting every customer and contributing to team sales results.
Internet Enrollment Assistant Key Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with each customer to present AT&T Fiber solutions and explain value
- Drive sales by assessing customer needs and recommending appropriate services
- Ensure each customer completes a smooth enrollment process
- Maintain accurate records and support ongoing sales activities
- Represent the brand with professionalism in every customer interaction
Internet Enrollment Assistant Qualifications:
- Demonstrated interest in sales and professional development
- Strong communication skills with a customer-focused approach
