What are the responsibilities and job description for the Woodworker/Cabinet Maker (1 year Woodworking Experiance) position at NuWood Components?
We are looking for a candidate who has cabinet making, trim carpentry, or woodworking experience and enjoys working in this trade. The job includes working with other team members in the construction of wood range hoods for kitchens in a production setting.
Duties:
- Working with various woodworking machinery including table saws, mitre saws, sanders and assembly equipment
- Cutting and assembling components to complete wood range hoods
- Sanding and quality inspection of completed units
- Preparation of unit for shipment
- Collaborate with other team members to efficiently complete the production schedule
- Process orders in an accurate and timely manner
Qualifications:
- Experience with woodworking hand tools, table saws, mitre saws, and sanders
- Ability to receive instruction
- Self-motivated
- Excellent communication skills
- Woodworking experience required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
