Pay: $34 – 40 / hr DOE

We are seeking a Corporate Facilities Marketing Specialist for a growing space and defense company based in Broomfield. In this role, you’ll be responsible for promoting and elevating company branding throughout all facilities. This role will support the Marketing and Communications team. Primary Responsibilities

· Partner with the Facilities team on new build and renovation projects to develop comprehensive branding and facility artwork packages

· Partner with the Integrated Marketing & Campaigns (IMC) team to align environmental graphics, signage and messaging w

· Bring a cohesive brand message to all spaces while working with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate tasks, scheduling and deadlines.

· Partnering with Planning, organize and support the development of workflow systems and processes for all facility artwork and branding projects.

· Support the IMC team with strategic brand messaging as needed.

Essential Qualifications

· BS/BA in a related field

· 3 years related experience – experience may be substituted for education requirements

· Understanding of branding and experience working under brand guidelines.

· A creative eye for design and branding that carries through layout design, photography, videography, typography, etc within a commercial space.

· Excellent project management skills.

· Familiarity with commercial construction and production.

· Ability to translate and synthesize highly-technical information into strategic visual messages.

· Ability to work multiple projects simultaneously, under deadline pressure with fast turn arounds.

· Attention to detail, organized and ability to meet deadlines.

· Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud suite, including InDesign, Photoshop and Illustrator.

· Working knowledge of Microsoft Office suite, particularly Word and PowerPoint.

Bonus Skills

· Experience reading architectural plans and elevations.

· Shop drawings experience is helpful.

· CADD experience preferred.
