Job Description:

Accounting Services will be responsible for billing, data entry, application of cash, and coding and keying of accounts payable invoices in support of the accurate and timely reporting of Best Oil, LLC’s financial condition.

Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

• Processing of invoices, credit memos, and monthly customer statements.
• Application of cash and the reconciliation of differences between payments and invoice amounts.
• Work with customers to resolve statement and/or billing discrepancies.
• Coding, keying and payment of accounts payable invoices.
• Responsible for filing of accounts receivable and accounts payable records.
• Greet customers and visitors and alerting the appropriate personnel of their arrival.
• Answer phones and direct callers to the appropriate personnel.
• Maintain corporate image and reputation; protect and develop Best Oil, LLC’s brand via ethical activities and intellectual property management.
• Continuous improvement through self-development and educational training.
• Attend all training sessions required by law and Best Oil, LLC.
• Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

• Two year degree in Accounting or previous accounting experience.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Good computer skills.
• Must be able to physically perform the duties required of the position.

Salary : $18 - $25
